HR Admin Support and Recruitment Support Contract Insert for VAs and OBMs
Are you a VA or OBM that is now offering HR and Recruitment Admin Support? Then it is unlikely that your existing contract with protect you for the additional risks you are taking on in offering these services. That is why we have put together some inserts to give you greater protection over your business. They are designed to detail what you will and won’t be responsible for e.g. you do not provide HR advice nor legal advice.
Please note you must only purchase these clause inserts if you have purchased one of our VA or OBM Premium Contracts. They are designed to be inserted directly into our Premium VA and OBM Contracts (they cannot be inserted into our basic versions). They will not work for contracts drafted by others, where you provide advice (rather than admin) and nor do they work as a standalone contract.
