AI and Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 Amendments for Privacy Policy
Please only purchase these amendments if you have been directed by us to do so. You are paying for us to amend a privacy policy that we have either created for you or reviewed.
After purchase please provide us with your most recent version of your privacy policy in Word format. You can email a copy to lawyers@kkbservices.com We will then endeavour to amend your privacy policy, to include updated regulations on the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and AI. You must also, when providing the Word document, confirm your level of AI use i.e. Basic, Moderate or High Risk and whether you use AI for automated decision making.
Basic includes, but is not limited to, to low risk areas e.g. spam filters, basic email filtering etc
Moderate includes, but is not limited to, not using sensitive information but use of chatbots and virtual assistants, AI generated content, AI notetakers, marketing analysis and so on.
High includes, but is not limited to, employment screening or making decisions, education grading, in health care diagnosis, finance, law enforcement, facial recognition, infrastructure
