Digital Marketing Contract
This contract is for use in your Digital Marketing business with clients. It is drafted by us, as lawyers with years of experience. Please note this contract does not include advertising (i.e. GoogleAds, Facebook Ads and so on) nor does it include SEO. We do however have alternative contracts available from our shop which include these. Alternatively, you can contact us for a bespoke contract.
Because most Digital Marketers process data we have included data processing clauses. This means that you do not need to purchase an additional Data Processing Agreement. We do ask that you do not remove the data processing clauses unless you are completely sure you are not processing data. If you need help understanding this feel free to drop us a message.
