This agreement is for use in your Digital Marketing business with clients. It is drafted by us, as lawyers with years of experience. Unlike the Digital Marketing Contract, this also covers you for paid for advertising using the likes of GoogleAds and Facebook.
Most Marketers process data and we have therefore included data processing clauses within the contract. This means you will not need to buy, at another cost, a Data Processing Agreement. Whilst you can remove that Clause (and the accompanying Schedule) we do ask that you make sure you are 100% not processing personal data before doing so.
